Suspicious job or fee request
Send the Job ID, employer name, phone number and relevant screenshots. Do not send passwords, PINs or OTPs. For urgent financial cyber-fraud, contact your bank and use India’s official National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal.
Incorrect or unavailable listing
Job seekers can report an incorrect, expired or unavailable vacancy by sending its Job ID and a short explanation. We will review the report and may contact the employer before correcting, pausing or removing the listing.
Privacy or grievance request
Use the email subject “Privacy or Grievance Request” and include enough information to identify the relevant submission or Job ID. We will review the request and may ask for reasonable verification before changing or deleting records.
Response
We aim to review genuine messages as soon as reasonably possible. Complex verification, safety or legal matters may require additional time. In an emergency or immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency authority.
