Vaayuputhra Careers provides a job-listing and connection service for job seekers. We are a facilitator, not the employer, recruiter acting for every listed business, or a party to any employment agreement. Employers remain responsible for their vacancies, interviews, selection decisions, offers and workplace conditions.
2. Acceptance
By browsing listings or contacting an employer through this website, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
3. Free access for job seekers
No employer or other person may collect an application, registration, interview, verification or placement fee through a Vaayuputhra Careers listing. Never pay money or share banking credentials, card details, passwords, PINs or OTPs to obtain a job.
4. Your responsibilities
You must provide truthful information when applying, independently check the employer, location, role, salary and conditions, and decide carefully what personal information or documents to disclose. Do not misrepresent qualifications, impersonate another person, misuse employer contact details, send spam, distribute malware or interfere with the website.
5. Review and moderation
We review vacancy submissions before publication and may correct, pause, close or remove listings that appear inaccurate, expired, unsafe or unlawful. This review reduces obvious risk but is not a guarantee of an employer, vacancy or outcome.
6. Applications and selection
Applications are sent directly to the listed employer through the available contact method. The employer alone decides whom to contact, interview and select. Vaayuputhra Careers does not guarantee a reply, interview, offer, salary, joining or continued employment.
8. Third-party services
The platform uses services such as Google Forms, Google Sheets/Apps Script and website hosting. Employer links may open WhatsApp, telephone or email services. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices.
9. No guarantee
We do not guarantee that every listing is error-free or still available, that an employer will respond, or that any applicant will be interviewed, selected or employed. To the extent permitted by law, use of the website and direct dealings with employers are at the user’s own risk.
10. Reports and cooperation
Report suspicious listings, fee requests, impersonation or misuse through WhatsApp at +91 63001 98734 or email vaayuputhracareers@gmail.com. Please include the Job ID and relevant evidence. We may preserve relevant records and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.
11. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms as the service develops. The updated date will appear above. These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory rights and jurisdiction available under applicable law.
