No employment guarantee
Publication of a vacancy does not guarantee that it remains open, that the employer will respond, or that a job seeker will receive an interview, offer or employment. Recruitment decisions belong entirely to the respective employer.
Verification limitation
We review vacancy submissions to reduce obvious misuse, but we cannot independently guarantee every employer, contact person, salary, workplace, duty, statement or future action. Job seekers must make their own checks before travelling, sharing documents or accepting work.
Direct dealings
Applications, interviews, document requests, offers and employment arrangements take place directly between the job seeker and employer. Vaayuputhra Careers is not a party to those communications or agreements unless expressly stated in writing.
No fees for job seekers
Vaayuputhra Careers does not charge job seekers to browse or apply for listed jobs. Do not pay an application, registration, interview, verification or placement fee. Report any such request immediately.
Report concerns
Report suspicious vacancies, fee requests or misleading information through our Contact and Grievance page. Include the Job ID and relevant evidence, but never send passwords, PINs or OTPs.
