1. Scope
This policy applies to the Vaayuputhra Careers job-seeker website and related support communications. It does not govern an employer’s independent handling of information that a job seeker sends directly through WhatsApp, phone or email.
2. Information we collect
You may browse and filter job listings without creating an account. This website does not currently collect résumés or job applications. If you contact us for support, report a vacancy or raise a grievance, we receive the information you choose to provide. Our providers may also process basic device, browser, IP-address, timestamp and security information needed to operate and protect the website.
3. Why we use information
- to answer support questions and grievances;
- to investigate suspicious-job or fee reports;
- to correct or remove inaccurate or unsafe listings;
- to protect the website and its users; and
- to meet legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
4. Direct applications to employers
When you use a listing’s WhatsApp, phone or email action, you communicate directly with that employer. Vaayuputhra Careers does not receive that application through this website. Share only information reasonably necessary for the role.
5. Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal information. Support or report information may be processed through the communication, website-hosting and administrative services used to operate this service. Limited information may be shared with the relevant employer to investigate a report, or when required by law or necessary to respond to fraud or safety concerns.
6. Retention
We keep records only for as long as reasonably needed for vacancy management, safety, audit, dispute handling and legal compliance. Public listings are removed when rejected, closed or expired, although administrative history may be retained for a reasonable period.
7. Security
We use access controls and separate public data from administrative records. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so do not submit Aadhaar numbers, bank details, passwords, OTPs or information the form does not request.
8. Your choices and requests
You may ask us to explain, correct or erase personal information you sent to Vaayuputhra Careers, withdraw consent where applicable, or raise a grievance. We cannot directly erase information you sent to an employer; that request must be made to the employer. Some records may be retained where lawfully required or reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention, legal claims or audit purposes.
9. Children
The platform is not intended to collect personal data directly from children. Employers must not recruit anyone below the lawful working age or for work prohibited for young persons.
10. External contact methods
When you use a WhatsApp, phone or email button, you communicate directly with the employer through a third-party service. Review what you send and that service’s privacy terms before sharing personal information.
11. Privacy and grievance contact
Send privacy, correction, deletion or grievance requests by email to vaayuputhracareers@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 63001 98734. Include enough information to identify your submission or Job ID, but never include passwords, PINs or OTPs.
12. Updates
We may update this policy when the platform, providers or applicable requirements change. Material revisions will be reflected here with a new updated date.
